The Etisalat sponsored stage play, Love and Recession, produced and directed by Ifeoma Fafunwa of Iopeneye will hit the stage in Lagos for the second time this June.
Ifeoma Fafunwa offers a sneak peek into why the satire, Love and Recession will be showing again, saying “since the satire, which addresses social norms such as the pressure young women and men face regarding getting married, particularly in times of economic recession, was staged in Lagos, we have been inundated with requests by people who want another opportunity to see it”.
